Hope everyone has a Good Thanksgiving. If a seat is available for next Saturday I've got room on my dance card.

Well I PMed Sebastian (Ass monkey) on friday night to see if he wanted to hit the water with Grizz & I on Sunday. We had an open seat.
After playing phoned tag saturday evening we set up a time to meet at Picton. I was hoping for a desent day but when I checked the baord sat. night there was a lot of good reports.
We had a good morning at Keith's Shoal thursday so I thought we would start there. Wrong.
Too much bait for us.

Ran on down east and set up past the lighthouse and trolled east. Saw Kyle and Hodgey an hour or so later. I heard they had a good day. 5 hours in and only one lamb to show for it. Droped in some 5 cores and a 6 down the chute and boards started dropping back.
Total for the day 4 lambs and 2 eyes.

Thought we were in a Slam the Lamb tournament.
Hot lures were a Reef Runner Barely Naked & a TD-11 Emarald Shinner. They caught lambs also.

For all you dudes asking about fishing Quinte and if your boat is big enough here is a couple pics for you. There were 3 of them.
I guess these guys didn't ask.

When we ran back to Picton there was only 1 kayak left on the water. I guess his 2 buddies limited out early.

Later
Al

Hey Al, Grizz, Seb,

Great seeing you guys out there and chatting at the launch. We managed to get lucky and hit a few.... but it was tough out there. It's only gonna get better.

Cheers, Hodgey...

Good to see you out there too Hodgey. It was all good. From the company, weather and experience gained. Two knowledgeable Salty Dogs for sure. The fish were a bonus.

Seb it was great to have you aboard. The Italian buffet you brought was fantastic, great food man !!! I should have made the long run first thing in the morning but Keith's had been good for our program the last 2 weeks.

If I have a spare seat you are welcome anytime.

Al
