Just wondering if anybody has fished Brighton bay recently. I haven't this year but I did last year caught some nice pike, two years ago got my pb 8.5 walleye. Do the walleye migrate up the wellers cannel to Trenton.

Can't speak for Brighton Bay, but I fished the mouth of the Trent River and the bay out in front of there on Saturday afternoon. We never had a hit and I barely marked anything anywhere. Couldn't beat the weather though and it still beat working.

I thinks its best in the spring in Brighton Bay. I am local to it, but don't hear much, i still head East of Bay Bridge pretty much all year. There are usually wally's in the mouth of the Trent this time of year, but i haven't heard or seen anything. I would imagine some walleye migrate through the Trent Canal though, they head out that way in the spring time in great numbers, just haven't heard at all. might be worth a try right in the canal itself.

From all the reports, i don't think they are in fully yet. I will try down the mouth of the trent in the next week or so and will report if getting anything.

Anytime I have fished it I just get stinking pike. The shoals off shore to the west hold some huge smallmouth
