just wondering if anyone has marked anything at all in the picton harbour
maybe some baitfish anything? we were up there like 3 weeks ago and the harbour
was empty,looking to do some shore fishing n possibly some trolling too any info
is greatly appreciated.

The harbour is pretty dead right now. I have been there many nights and there is nothing being caught. HINT you may want to look by the ferry....

I heard one guy had caught a few, from a boat off the pump house in the harbour. Over the weedbeds with a really slow retrieve. Too fast and he hooked weeds. Bite didn't start until 10:00pm. Not sure if you can fish from shore there.

I was down on Thursday and seen a 5-7 lb fish caught and lots of shad. You can fish off of the pump house by the big metal herons as you leave the harbor. I have also fished off of the yacht club docks.
