Took my eldest out today. The lake had just flipped so fishing was less than ideal. Water claridy was very poor. Still managed to make a very happy boy with a nice little speckle.

I'll do my best to continue. The season is near to the end for open water. I'll continue to post the hardwater success. I enjoy fishing back lakes more than anything. Hope to get some of the forum members out for some big smiles too.

Good try but nope :) all the roads East and West of hwy 62 in that area were closed due to the Tall Pines Road Ralley.
