hey guys a couple more days and i'll be at Merlands park using all the techniques i have been researching over the last month> i can't wait to get there. Anyway's i reallly wanna pick up some minnows before we get there and i'm not familiar with the area.... if you guys could let me know a shop that sells minnows along the way, or not too far out of the way then i would really appreciate it...... were coming from mississauga

There are some bait shops advertising on this board. You can try them. I asked same question of the board 3 weeks ago and did not get any replies. It would be nice to locate one in Picton.

I would consider dropping in to Clayton Moon's in Deseronto if he is still operating. He is on the way and is consistent.

Yes moons is on your way if you take deseronto/picton exit off the 401 he has bait and all the things you need to have a great trip.

Moons is not on your way if you are coming from Mississuaga. It's
past the exit you should be taking. To save 20 miles on a 145 mile trip,
Take Wooler Road exit south to 33 south. You'll see Turners tackle on your left just brfore the little bridge. AT $4.50 for a gallon of fuel the
shortest route will pay for the minnows.

Thx Jimbo. I come from Brighton and stopped in Don's Bait & Tackle in Consecon last time. Turners is just as easy for me.
