Here is the collection of photos from the weekend. These are all the fish caught that were over 11 lbs with a couple of 10 lbers. There was a couple of 10 lbers we didn't take photos of.

Enjoy the pics!

A small 9-10 lber...

Another 10 lber....

Image

A heathy 11 lber...

Image

A solid 11 lber...

Image

A formal personal best for myself. A nice 12.5 lber

Image

A personal best for Peng. A 13.1 lber...

Image

Another formal personal best for myself. A 13.2 lber...

Image

Nighttroller's 3rd biggest Walleye ever. A 13.5 lber...

Image

Nighttroller' s 2nd bigger Walleye ever. A 14.3 lber...

Image

Peng's biggest Sheepshead...A 16+ lb Freshwater drum. This fish bottomed out the 15 lb scale flashing 15 lb 14 oz and then OF. Too bad, this fish was caught on the Friday when we only had one scale.

Image

Last year, in the end of October Nighttroller caught a 16.6 lber. We all thought that mark would be hard to beat or even match. Well, a year later we did. A 16.6 lber which is now my personal best.

A day trip in November might be in order.

Cheers,

Mike

That's the trip of a lifetime for many anglers.

I would like to see the reaction with the walleye anglers out in the mid-west and western Canada to these monsters.

Great shots.

Actually SD, these fish probably won't catch guys from Canada's Mid-West and West off guard.

I just moved back to Ontario 2 years ago after Living in NW Ontario, Winnipeg, Saskatoon and Edmonton (Not all at once mind you.......) and can tell you that Canada has some of the best drive to trophy walleye waters in North America.

LOTW in north western Ontario (Rainy River)
Pine Falls and Winnipeg River, it is common to get big green backs in the fall in the same number s Quinte (but it dead too  )
Lake Diefenbacker, Last Mountain, and Tobin lake in SK all produce high numbers of Monster eyes in the fall.
Pigeon res. in Alberta (strickly Catch and Release).

Fishing the Saskatchewan Walleye trail, Southern Alberta Walleye trail and Manitoba tournaments gave me first hand knowledge of these fish.

Now, Mid- Western American drool over these fish and that is why all the above locations are just as popular as Quinte in the fall.

But.......Quinte is by far the best location for numbers of fish over 10 pounds.

Nice fish Mike, looks like you boys did it again this year. Congrats on the
16.6 that is amazing.

Are you still coming to the fall get together or are you fished out?

I am out for the fall get together. I may have a day trip left but I really need to beg the wife for just one more run.

Cheers,

Mike

Bwah-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!!!

I will never have to beg the wife for anything, because I don't have a wife.

I celebrate the ninth year of my Post-Divorce Renaissance with the cry,

"Fish on!"

[or at least I hope that's what we say - my dad and I are heading out tomorrow]

Mann oh Mann,

I checked Cabela's, I checked Bass Pro, I checked all them places ... and nothin' but Volkswagen radiatiors. You know where my dad finally got 'em? Fishing World in Hamilton - his home town!

So we'll see if we can christen our new Dr. Death tomorrow.

[I'm still a Husky Jerk and Shad Rap kind of guy, and of course, who could ever discount the Picton Special at night?]
