Have not posted in a long time, and my buddies have noticed!! Was out today from about 7:15am to 11:00am and had our first one in the boat at 7:30am - 6lb'r. Second fish at 7:40am, which turned into a double header by 7:42!!! Lost the first of the two at the boat, approx. 8lbs but landed the second, a beauty 10lbs. Got the lines set and nerves calmed down when the rods went off again, Mr. Berkley gave her a healthy 12.5lbs!!! Things were quiet for a while until the wind picked up, turned the fish on again. Long story short, 8 fish in boat and 4 lost/missed.
My only words of wisdom, they won't dive down after your bait, put it in there strike zone, not the drum's!!!
PS: Skeet went back out to brave the waves, maybe he'll let us know how he did after 11:00am.
