Decided last minute to head out saturday evening. The forecast showed the winds dropping to about 10k. Launched out of Picton Harbour and noticed the wind had dropped to nothing. Holy baitfish in the harbour. with the spotlight you could see thousands and thousands of baitfish, some of them pretty big. We trolled from the point past Merlands and out into the bay. One good hit but no fish. After a while decided to head over to the lighthouse east of Glenora. One fish on a smithwick rogue about 150 ft back. Second fish on but came unbuttoned. on the way in we gave one more shot along the same shoreline and got one. Called it a night and went home. no hawgs tonight.
