i am looking for help as to why my mr.heater keeps cutting out, it will work for 5-30 mins then just cut out , you can here it click when it goes out, thought it was the co2 sensor , put it up on a pail ,same thing , out after 5 min. anyone have the same problem ? and where can we get these fixed ? any advice would be appreciated.

I had the same issue acouple of years ago.
Took it appart and soap/water cleaned all the gas tubes. It turned out that the dust/dirt that it had picked up in the
garage was the issue.

how old is it? the flame needs to lick the thermocoupler if its bunt down then the unit will not work right not a gas guy but i have one that does the same thing and that s what it needs princes auto sells parts for buddy heaters

thanx for the replies guys, the unit is 1 year old , and i only use a filter when i use the big tank, it does this even with the 1lb bottles so i know its in the unit, thanx again guys.

If it's that new I'd try taking it back to where you bought it or contacting Mr. Heater or his son Buddy?

How did you take the heater apart. I looked at my Little Buddy and there are a lot of tubes and fittings. I'd afraid to take it apart. When I put it back together, I may get a leak and blow my Fish Trap Pro up.
