Quinte Fishing

Guys,

I was out to Huff's Road today. The ice was a good 3 inches. (yikes) There was at least 15 trucks and maybe 40 guys out fishing. There were a number of ATV left on trailers. Only enough ice to walk out. Saw only a few fish caught. I caught and released my first Walleye of the season. (6 or 7 lber)

The parking sucked. I had to pull in my mirrors to get out of the lane.

Like others said, a new house is up. And its a beauty. Hopefully the fishermen don't piss them off. I drove in and out nice and slowly. LOL

Talked to guys that were at Sherman's. They only had 2 inches and turned around. They were surprised Huff's had more ice. Of course parking is never an issue at Sherman's.

nice job on the C&R buddy ......... and the sucky parking is whats gonna kill huffs access off eventually parking both sides of the road and pinching off owner access just isnt cool un fortunatly there is more fishing than there is parking, then the trailers with atv is insane you would think they would park way up on the road and atv down but i guess taking up two parking spaces seems better to them lol . oh well have fun while it lasts my guess is next weekend you will find a ticket on every car there! . anyways. nice job Batman. i look forword to other posts to follow
