Ya its is, we were just south of birch island in 10 fow. Ice was 5 inches one spot, 8 inches another spot. I think the dam in Lindsay is still open. 3 people went throw on whitfield rd, at westshore marina and 2 other people went throw as well, not sure where. http://www.durhamregion.com/community/a ... -in-scugog
