Has anyone been fishing around Merland Park...........how is the ice and how is the fishing

no i have not fish there but i should going out monday and hopr to get a few tugs at least toit lines johhny :ugeek:

I drove by there on Thursday AM, just north of Merland's saw 1 permanent hut up. The ice north of the hut looked real sketchy!!!!! I guess you can give them a call to find out for sure (613) 476-6894.

i too am also curious if this is area (picton bay) is a popular area for hard water? does it get much fishing pressure?
