Hiya folks, had to finally get around to posting for the first time on the QF Board!
Although I've fished soft water all my life, I've never seriously tried the hard water until this past Friday. My wife had booked a spot for me with the Quinte Ice Fishing Team for Christmas and what a blast!! Although Wally wasn't overly active I did finally hook up and land a nice 4lb fish after being coached by Jeff. Pardon the pun...but I'm hooked!
Hopefully my wife continues to be understanding as I start to fill the "fishing locker" with more gear...flasher, flip up hut, etc
PS - I have thoroughy enjoyed reading this Board since joining in Dec...a great place to learn and get lotsa laughs...thanks!!!!
