Do you know if the small handheld remote still works with the ipilot? The ipilot remote looks rather large?

The iPilot has its own remote and yes it is a little large but i wear it on a lanyard around my neck and it works ok. They have developed a newer remote and it is only slightly smaller...could you be thinking about the remote for the co-pilot??. They are not compatible

Yes I use my co-pilot remote when trolling or if I need to control the boat when im at the back of the boat for what ever reason. I know the ipilot has both GPS and the co-pilots compass tech.

I think it's a fair price. I have seen a licence plate with 1lstcast around Kingston is it yours? The iPilot blows the auto pilot away no comparison. Plus i will be using the money to put gas in my boat so if somebody does not buy it i cant go fishing.

Is this the whole unit that mounts into the existing head of the terrova. Also is it the new generation 2 iPilot?

BBBP....yes it is the complete head unit and its a gen 1 unit
