It's only embarrassing when I'm around family and they ask me about it.

Other then that, I'm more disapointed in the whole thing. Great potential, but the producers dropped the ball.

Hey Markus. I have earned it. Nice dig though. If you don't think "earning it" is worth anything then just pull your kids out of school. Why "after all" should they bother to earn their way when you took the same courses. Just give them all the answers so they can get out there and EARN a living. This is what pisses me off about comments like this. Do you know how many times I have given people the EXACT program that I use succesfully and they still blow it on the water. Fishing the same water, the same day. All the time. I think my last post was a far better contribution than sayin " yeh just go ahead and fish perch at 150 back". Have you not noticed how ambiguous the info in magazine articles is. Do you (after paying $5 for the magazine) call them up and attack them for not being more forthcoming. I give a tidbit for free and I get snubbed with a snide remark. Truth is 3 years ago when I started posting 30 plus day reports I got called a !%^liar that was fishing with the B.S. lure.(B.S. lure = Manns DR. Death) Tell me . If you take a chainsaw to your neighbors furniture, does it make yours look better?

Not only am I a guide I used to play in a band with Shania Twain. My favorite things are fishing ,music and arguing. Thanks for asking.I'm pretty good at all of them too. Getting a reaction out of people is fun too. Is it working?

P.S. What's Shania's real name and her original stage name?

This thread started about if big baits such as a Manns Strech 25 will take bigger walleyes and has changed to bad mouthing your COs and other issues of your law enforcement on BOQ. Targa2, I've read your rants, I mean posts on this subject and also other posts that you feel are important. For someone that fishes the PWT,( I think I read this on another post, correct me if I'm wrong) your attitude sucks. I've listened to Gary Parsons, Keith Kajvejsts, Mark Martin, Tommy Skarlis,Ted Takasaki among other PWT pros at different seminars over the years and they have completely different attitudes than you do. I'd give my right arm to fish with anyone of them. I'm sure most of your clients don't visit this board. I could be wrong but I can't for the life of me figure out who would want to fish with such an arrogant individual. I'm sure you put fish in the boat on every trip out and that would be one reason, but fishing is supposed to be fun and to me catching and releasing a big BOQ walleye is a bonus. I fished the Bay for 3 days the second weekend of Nov. for the first time, and with the help and info from this board I did fairly well. Caught and released my personal best 12.2 lbs. Next year I thought I would try to shorten the learning curve by having a guide show me a few new ideas and techniques. It won't be with you,PWT pro or not. You said you liked to get peoples reaction to your posts and you have with me. Good luck next year on the PWT circuit, and all other tournament that you fish.

Eyes are Us,

You may now take a deep breath and relax - I was not kidnapped. I am just not as active as others when it comes to making posts. Perhaps someone could answer this question: Do floatation suits "expire"? In other words, can an OPP officer ticket me on the water for wearing a floatation suit that he feels too "old"? (therefore ineffective). How would he know just by looking at it? I have heard rumors of people being ticketted for this reason this Fall.

Another OPP rant 8O ,where have we heard that before  .I am under the assumtion that life preservers are required on every boat, making the floatation suit a non issue. 8)Please correct me if I'm wrong,as I'm sure you will do. :P eyes are us

Eyes are Us,

I'm not ranting at all. If checking for PFD's (by the OPP) saves lives then I'm all for it. Unfortunately, a lot of boaters do not follow some of these simple safety rules. I cannot correct you about requiring PFD's at all times (in addition to a floater suit) because I am not certain of that rule. I always keep an extra PFD on board anyway, even if I am wearing a suit. BATMAN asked this question earlier, but did not get a response.

Hey Tom o. It doesn't cost a right arm to fish with Kavajecz and Skarlis just $575 U.S. Chances are though you would get stuck with an arrogant jerk like me cause it's done on a draw. You only know the guys you have mentioned when they have their "public" face on. I know Tommy Skarlis personally and am not afraid to say he is without a doubt the most arrogant fisherman I have ever spoke to. You ask the guy the time and he acts like you asked him to explain how a Rolex is built.Good fisherman though, I won't deny that.Keith is a good guy but don't expect to learn much from a day on the water with him. You have to "import " your own conversation cause the man DOES NOT TALK. Nice guy when he is off the water.A math genius I am told. I've had several Amatuers tell me they learned more with me than any other pro. That's because I care if they learn something. They are more than just a "PULSE' with a fishing licence to me. I'm also sure that some of the AM's I have had were as good or better fishermen than me. Sarcastic I am. Arrogant I am not." Self aware"extremely. I don't need you to tell me who I am. My name is on my 225 Optimax.
