The brown trout bite continues to be hot out of Mexico. Mr. Walleye, John, and I went 14 for 17 this morning.. Photos of some the released fish. There are also a few kings, and lakers are also in the mix but we only hit browns.

Nice release shot :P .
Do many of the browns you've caught have a fin clipped ?
Of the ones I've caught near Wellington some do and some don't have a fin clipped.
Also do you know if the ones with a fin clipped are stocked on the American side ?

I know the Canadian side clips the fins, I have heard they don't clip on the American side...not 100% sure on that though. About 3/4 of the lake trout I caught this year had clipped fins.

I don't believe we clip any stocked browns.....

At least not the ones down this way, and they all come from the same source?
