I fished an Indian River Lake yesterday and we were 4 fish short of our 50 fish limit, That's some good eating!

I use to always have to limit out. As I get older it becomes a much less important component for a great outing.

Yep, electric knife makes for quick job. I like them breaded with a mixture of cornmeal and bread crumbs, Panko crumbs or cornflake crumbs. Flour, egg wash, crumbs and fry. Yum!
