Quinte Fishing

I just wanted to say thanks to the organizers of the walleye tournament last sunday. Even a smaller tournament like that takes some time to put together. Fished with my 11 year old son and he was up at 4:45 ready to go and put in a hard day fishing and he is looking for more. To bad our good friend the Hammer (9iron) could not make it but at least i did not have to vacuum the boat of food residues. Really makes you wonder about the bay when roughly 60 anglers (and some pretty quality ones at that) can manage 20 fish. It would be nice if we could have a barbecue as well as a post get together. Once again thank you....

health permitting we will do the next one jim..... funny yr for the fish, and sometimes even the best get manhandled out there lol.... glad to see you got into some money with the big fish, and that cameron (the rat) held his own out there... long day for a kid that age to stay focused and interested. to the organizers i too applaude you for your efforts.. lots of work, that goes unnoticed. and kevin and those involved thankyou... eventhough some serious unexpected health issues arose the week of the derby i hope to be at the next one...
