Belleville to Pt Anne continues to cough up some nice fish.... Was out at 4am and had 1 in the live well within a few minutes. lost a nice one that hit beside the boat and pulled 1 more small one in that was released. Didn't catch anything for a few hours, decided to move to another weed bed. Nothing until the clouds moved and gave way to some sun! man it was hot. Fishing started to get awesome after the wind died and the sun came out. Managed 10 more ! biggest was 3-4 lbs i guestimate. at one point, i was getting one every 2nd or 3rd cast, man it was awesome. caught all fish casting spinners, nothing on fergies or cranks this time, other than bass and sheep.

I hope everyone else is having some good luck. The fish are fat this year, and am seeing some better sizes. Also catching alot more small ones. caught 2 the other night on a jiggin rap that were about as big as the rap itself ! this is a good sign for the bay. The fish look healthy, fat and are feeding well. Also still continuing to catch some nice ones in odd places. The first 3 were caught on the North shore near ox point in 7 FOW, the rest at another anonymous weed bed
