Stop and say hi if you see a guy with 2 crazy little boys on board. Not sure if I'm taking my canoe or 12' tinny. Depends if I take the 4-wheeler or the Jimmy in. I went for a ride in on the trail last weekend to see how it was and the mud\water were typical of late July levels.

I will be in a 14ft lund with a 9.9 evinrude and 3 kids on board. I will only be going in for the day and hpoing to have a nice shore lunch. I was wondering about the road but that should be easy to get in there then.

I have an inconsiderate friend that decided his wedding is more important than the opener so I will be in a monkey suit downtown Kingston. Best of luck out there fellas, I can't wait for Monday for my chance.

Pound for pound, considered one of the most fierce fighting fish in the world...

Yup, i am fishing smallies all the way. In 4-8 feet of water. The bass action has been hot on the newyork side, of lake ontario (there season opened last weekend). Cant wait, for saturday...

Unfortunately I have a rugby game on Saturday against a team from Quebec - so I guess in some sense I will be hunting the large (loud) mouth variety. I hope to get out for some smallies around Amherst island at some point next week.

Have fun out there

Good Luck tomorrow everybody. I'll be on Rice Lake. Probably start throwing cranks (DT THUG) then play it by ear after that. Rods set up with tubes, drop shot, cranks, etc....

Have Fun!!!!
