The MNR contacted me to help recruit some volunteers. Specifically, they are looking for Anglers who focus on the late fall trophy walleye fishery to become involved in an Angler Diary Program. I have included a description of whats involved and the type of information you would record on your trips. It's noted that Angler diaries programs have been used in other areas with mixed results. The MNR would rather have a small sample of of detailed diaries than a large sample of incomplete diaries. They will provide you the diaries and they will be returned to you after.
