check your manufacturers's web site. If your model takes navionics or c-map chips, lake ontario(including quinte) is available.

From the manufacturers site they sell a bluenav program for big bucks that has all of north america, but in the little red fine print on a canadian site they tell me no canadian charts, seems canada is no longer part of north america. From what Ive read canadian charts seem to be caught up in copyright disputes and get this, you can only use your electronic charts for one year, after that you are breaking copyright laws.

I bought the Magellan Color BlueNav package it came with North American CD. It has Lake Ontario East and Trent Severn Waterway right from Picton to Georgian Bay. It was expensive for this unit, got it at LeBaron's in Markham, but BlueNav only allows you one SD card to unlock for this system which is free after that you have to purchase the SD cards from them with different locations. This year I found the depth to be about 3' out(15' on chart was accutually 12'). But it is helpful. Paid under $700 for package, came with 12 volt plug in and stand, CD and card.

Thanks Doug, I was hoping Blue nav would at least have north side of Lake Ont. My bud got a sport trak color after I told him it looked like a good deal. Its nice to know he can get the charts but its a lot of money for the two charts he would use, but if he had them he might not be scratching his will on the lid of a cooler again.
