Weather on windguru and noaa out of buffalo indicate high winds friday -sse, slightly lower on sat -ssw and sunday is the best.
Picton is not a good wind indicator unless we all fish the harbour (tieup like sailboats?). Sat waves past the lighthouse will be 2-3 ft.

How do we find out if sunday is on instead?

I just checked accuweather, which is my general site to check.

If the winds are SS(?) (east or west) it is a good thing, except at the gap.

We'll see. But we are ready to rock...south winds are the best winds to get, if the winds are high.

we all have our own sites, but accuweather is showing dead calm wind for Friday and Saturday.

Lets hope it is correct.

Windfinder is showing calm Friday, but 11-14 knots (20-28km/h) for Saturday. S/W I believe. Was showing worse yesterday, hopefully it keeps dropping.

Any of you guys looking to launch at McFarlands be aware. I was there yesterday and there is getting to be quite a drop off the edge of the concrete pad. Too bad they couldn't get a small load of gravel in there.

Hey all. I was looking forward to meeting everybody today but due to the weather our team of Roaster, Tylercurt and myself decided to pull the plug. Hopefully everybody is safe out there today and I look forward to the reports.

Good luck to everyone and have fun. Can't wait to see what everyone got. Hopefully this keeps going and one of these times I can come out and play as well.

Hope the tourney went well and you all found some fish. Decided to back out due to winds as they were calling for 30 kmph. Looks like it turned out to be less.

Well were are the reports guys. I hope everyone had fun and got a fish or 2. I could not get out today and with all the wind i guess it would have made for a rough day. I ran into Maple and Jim W in front of my place here in Bloomfield and had a little chat with them. Great to see you guys and I hope you get a better day tomorrow. Later All.... Fred
