Where can a fella take a deer to get butchered in the Quinte area, when he gets one? I can do it myself but if it isn't cool enough to hang a couple days then I may need to take it somewhere. I have used Amans in Wellington once apon a time when I lived in the County but was wondering where else there was. I heard Sprankles in Carrying Place doesn't do it any more. I'd like to get all the meat back too.

I do all my deer myself but we take our moose to Pine Grove in Marmora and always felt we were treated fairly.

I have used Pine Grove in the past as well, they are very good, but they are shutting
down their deer and moose cutting services soon, so call them first.

Thanks guys, I will keep them in mind if the time comes. I think the Gov. is making it hard for these guys to do wild game on the side and it may be impossible to find one someday. A couple guys with a meat saw and some experience could likely make some good cash money doing this for a couple months of the year.

I actually work with the guy who owns pine grove and they are still cutting moose and deer like crazy so thats probably your best bet.
