Underwater video footage from last winter ice fishing trip to Lake Simcoe. A few jumbo perch appear on camera as well as many smaller perch. More effort was spent on setting up cameras and enticing fish towards them than on actually trying to catch them. This is obvious by the technique - or lack thereof!
It was another great day on the ice, many fish caught all but a handful released.
Only a couple months to go.....

Hope you enjoy!

Cool footage. We've done the same thing on Simcoe to keep the kids amused while they're in the hut. You know it's about to start when the kids started yelling "They're back!".

200 perch in a day isn't uncommon. It's pandemonium on the ice.

BTW, ice is for drinks. 8)

Great Videos Guys, I cannot Wait to see what you have planned for the Ringwood Hatchery video.

Some of our Brown trout will be heading out to the Quinte area to be stocked just for this group of Ladies and Gentlemen.

Its's a long drive, but it's worth it for the betterment of the lake ontario fishery.

Cant wait to see your next videos.

Thank you, Alan Gibbons and Bill Davis, you work is outstanding.

~Jeremy.
