I was hoping that someone could tell me how or where to get ahold of the OPP laid charges.
I have seen in the past, a list of people charged, and a court date.
This guy lives in the Kaladar area. The crime of sexual assault X 3 ( I would think) would be dealt in the Napanee courts.
I want to be there when this case goes to court!!
I warned people about this guy and the way he looked at the young girls.....
Any help would be great. Thanks.

Jeez, isn't there anywhere else you could have posted this inquiry? A little off topic on a fishing forum isn't it? Call the napanee court house, they should provide you with the date and time...

It may be a un-related fishing topic BUT.......

I simply asked a question to the members of this board (Quinte, L&A , Kaladar area) to help me out.
My thought would be that someone might be able to help out a fellow fisherman??
I'm just wondering if you or other members, read the police charges, and in what newspaper? Can you find this information on line?

Do you have the # for the court house? I'm not sure that they will even try this case in Napanee.....

If Kaladar is in L&A, then it likely would be dealt with in Napanee. I don't have a phone number but it should be in the phone book. A clerk has to tell you if the name you are inquiring about is on the docket as it is open court and free for anyone that is interested...

When it comes to police charges being printed, it's hard to say if the local papers would print it. First, if the reporters have no idea that the incident occurred or charges were laid, the OPP detachment that are handling the case would have to issue a news release and it's 50/50 whether they would do that. Then it's 50/50 if they would name the person. Most new releases of late from the OPP in my parts don't provide a name, just a list of the charges being faced by a "Bloomfield" or "Picton" man.

Third, it's up to the paper to run the news release.
So, adding this all up, you've got about a 25 per cent chance that there will be something in the Napanee Beaver or the Guide....

Thank you for the reply, Parksy.

I had to ask even if it was a slim chance. I will try the newspaper Napanee beaver.

If you believe you have observed of or are aware of a crime, perhaps Crime Stoppers might be of assistance. Some things like what you mentioned might warrant social services from the sounds of it. Good luck, and back to fishing.

Thanks to all you fishing people that replied to my post !!

I know that it is not fishing related, but from one fisherman to another......
I callled on the fishing community for help!!

Thanks to Parksy, I called Napanee and was directed to Kingston court house.
This guy has been to court 3 times already and goes back to court on Nov. 20th.

Why would this case be in Kingston and not in Napanee?

Anyone travelling to and from the Newcastle area on the 19th or 20th or coming
back this way on the 20th. Looking for a ride.

Thanks Glenn Meek
