launched at picton at 6 am with skipper sam and his friend, setup a rod each with the big boards went up to the ferry with no luck 2hrs,, after the ferry we set up a 6 rod spread maybe another half hr 45 mins go by when the first rod fired and skipper sam was into a decent fish , get the fish to the boat and its this 10 lb beauty .fish came on a blue trolls 2 20 Image another 10 -15 mins goes by and another rod fired. This time it was my turn and another decent fish , after a nice battle landed a nice 8 lber this time on a pink taildaincer Image continued to fish until about 230 without another hit didnt see another net go over all day . A big thanks to skipper sam for letting me join them for the day ... especially after not seeing another fish caught .. we marked lots but only 2 takers great day considering the luck everyone else was having.

Two nice looking fish. Possibly heading out Friday so hopefully the bait balls have decreased in size and the eyes are a little more aggressive
