Was heading out to the upper gap towards nine mile point looking for skies and i dropped a 10" jake back 60' back of the board after seeing lot's of eye's stacked up 12 to 30 ft down over 50' fow and Bingo :D might answer the post of do big baits work , :lol: water temp-48.3, SOG- 3.5 , Their coming ,still out in the big lake have patience 8) , if you troll it , they will come :wink:

Nice fish! What did that one weigh?
I put the boat to bed this weekend but on the flip side got the snowmobiles out and will shift my attention to getting primed for the winter bite.
With this cold weather coming I hope it makes for a quick early freeze.
May try off shore in the evenings.
