i'd like to say hi to everyone on this board i'm not a new member but had to change my username from walleyejunkie to walleye junky the system couldn't recognise me !!!! Anyways got on the water Saturday morning at 8 started to troll east of the ferry with a 6 line spread against the wind for 2 hrs with nothing ,started a turn just past Keiths just as the turn was almost done our first fish on a nice chunky 31 inch took a few picts and back in she went ,would anyone know what she could weigh ? ,kepted on trolling for another 20 min and got a nice 26 in. and another 24 in. called it a day at 4:30 All in all it was a great day on the water . Nice to see all the boats out there ,hoping to be back next weekend .

had gotton a 31 & 1/4 inch chunky 2 yrs ago
it was 12lb 3oz if i could figure this darn picture thing out
i would post a picture of cause i still have it
on the wall !!

I had one a few weeks ago that was 31 7/8 inches long and weighed 9lbs. It really depends on the fish

lenght x length x length Divided by 2700
31x31x31=29791 divided by 2700=11.03

Have also heard....
girth x girth x length divided by 800

Walleye will vary in weight at different times of year of course, but this should get you close.

On Nov 30, 2006 I caught a 31" that went 15 lb 6 oz.

At 31 inches, it could be anywhere from 9 lbs to 15 lbs. We got a 14lb back in 2006 that was only 30 inches. Some are skinny, some are fat.
