Well.....what started out as a 9 man 3 boat trip slowly worked it's way down to 2 boats and 5 guys with the thought that we may have to cancel....glad we didn't.My boat with a 2 man crew fished Mon/Tues till noon going 5/5 both days East of the Ferry. Water temps were 44-46 between the ferry and batcave which had me a little apprehensive to start out but we managed to get a decent program going pretty quickly.Hot baits were Firetiger TD11 200+ back, chartreuse/purple jennsen suspending power minnow off 5 colours, Manns 20+ blueberry muffin 200+ back,RR Ripstick Bare Naked Barbie off 5 colors. 1.5-1.9 gps speed. My boats biggest fish was 13# with a bunch in the 9-11# range...couple 5-6's. My buddy managed a 13-08 on his boat. Now for the porn.....enjoy and get out there!

Good Going Merkin !
The 13 is the first pic. ?
Also is that like an "79 Honda 9.9 as a kicker ? Cool
You have fired up the boys. :)

Thanks all...

Steve.....thought you'd like that... the power minnow/5 colors was definitely inspired by you

EagleEyesFlash....the 13 is actually the 3rd pic down...the one being held with the fish grip. The pic doesn't do it justice. The dude holding it is 6'4" 300lbs. We boated that fish and a fire drill ensued trying to dodge a net buoy tangling a couple lead core lines. Then I was trying with no avail to take a pic with his Iphone ( I'm not smart phone literate ). We were just going to release it when I finally figured out the phone and snapped a quick pic. Too bad really cause it was my buddy's PB walleye. The kicker is a 1987 Honda 7.5hp. I've had it 7 years and so far it's been bulletproof. Starts first pull almost every time and runs like a top trolling down to 1.2mph. I believe it was one of the first 4 strokes to have a built in charging system which is why you see them on allot of sailboats. Only downfall is they are HEAVY.
