My fishing partner was there Wednesday...according to him , ice was about 3" east of the bridge. Little ice for most to feel safe...fishing was pretty good though.

Wish I was there but couldn't make it!!!!!

Rbe.

The ice is fine as long you stay with the crowd.
Leave your ATV at home.

Went out Friday afternoon by myself. Had one on for 25
seconds. Gone. Saw maybe six other fish caught. Also
saw a 5-6 lb channel Cat.

Went out this morning with a couple buddies. Out on
ice at 7am. Buddy from Ottawa picked up a 26 incher
around 8 when the action turned on all around us. My
other buddy had one on but lost it. I was skunked.

Watch a number of guys pull their fish is fast, then
snap their fish of at the hole. It was unbelievable,
snap then snap again. Saw only a few more fish get onto ice.

One fish caught in slot. Guys eventually measured the
frozen solid fish. Could hear them say it was in the slot.
Someone in the group just said " Your ok, No one cares
about that #### slot anyway".

I do, but it was us against 6 of them.

Good luck,
BATAN 8)

Too bad there are guys like that. Fish was toast when measured anyway.

Make every one look bad, but no sense getting into a fight.

Try to get a lic.#
