Great job solo on the ice! What part of the lake you fishing?
The wife & I go to Picton every fall till it freezes up & have only fished under the big bridge once
& we'd love to try new spots but hear lots about current areas etc. & don't wanna get wet with risk of not coming back up : S
Really neat watchin ya jig em up :P

Great video Fred, and i really liked your cut out in your hole for the ducer. I'm adopting that idea.....but I like to keep the ducer only an inch below the ice to reduce the tie ups.

I guess if you hook a fish deep it means you can keep more then your limit.

Devious, I do believe the 5th. fish is a Jumbo Perch not a walleye....

Cool video and nice fish.

The 5th fish is an eye no doubt. Maybe Fred's wife was with him though which makes their limit 8 fish, provided they both possess sport fishing licenses and no more than 2 of the fish are over 24.8".

GL this weekend to those who are venturing out!

Yes the wife was with me so we are allowed 8 fish between us. Always a cracker in the crowd...

Great job Fred, And yes there always is a cracker in the crowd. lol, The 5th looks like a perch to me, but regardless still way off the \8 limit, and as you said lots let go. Nice to hear. I can't wait for next weekend, taking the extra day Monday. Going to be an awesome weekend. :D

Not so sure there was a cracker in the crowd Fred. Your video is self filmed, your in a 1 man hut and you claimed you kept 5 and let a few go.

Not everyone knows you fish with your wife, I'm sure Devious meant no harm.

Get those eyes in some peanut oil bud
