Hey Mux, lol...nice link! Hope you had a good winter? You boys doing the tent thing again this opener or are you coming back to Merlands? Sure hope we run into you lads, once a year is just not enough. I'll have the
Quinte cookies waiting for you so bring milk. It's the year of the ginger snap. Now...if I could just figure out how to convert a cookie sheet into a planer board I'd be on that leader board for sure this year !!

Jimbo :)

We're in the Salmon Suites for the Opener, no more tent thing for the crew, had enough. Two years of rain will do it every time.

You boys'll be up in the castle on the hill? I'll take you up on the 'snap.

Mux- Loved your rant on the 85+ Walleyes, my sentiments exactly.
I'll look you up when we roll in to Merlands, Friday afternoon. Say hello to the boys for me.

It's been so long I may need to take a refresher course.

Are your bags packed yet?

Hey Mux,

Where are you guys gonna be on Opening Day?

We think we might be slightly east of the ferry.

Look for the new Boat - Do you have a VHF Radio? I'll have mine on.

Cheers

Not sure where we'll be on opener, we're out of Merlands, but as far as where we'll be on the water is still a matter of arguement, and will always be a matter of arguement in the boat regardless of where the boat is at any given time. It's just fun to bitch.

As for the radio, yes....the boat has a radio.....AM/FM.

You know what we look like, Dad, if you see us, run over Snarfy's line.

Regards,

Mux

14 more sleeps boys, time to start getting oranized for the opener.
I was in Toronto this week, just got back last night. I squeezed in 2 visits to Pro Bass and got just about everything I had on my wish list. Man is that power pro line expensive! I finally got myself a line counter real, something that I think will really help me out. Usually Patio gets talking in the boat and I lose track after a nine count. Picked up some planer boards too (5), and a basket of lures. Their rapala selection was unimpressive, as was their selection and pricing on nets.

My fishing partner dropped our boat ( Joint Custody) into the mighty Ottawa on Sunday past. She is running like a clock, and our new trolling plate should keep us right in the walleye zone. This will be her first trip down to the B.O.Q. She has her share of scratches but when is comes to
full contact boat mooring at Merlands during the opener she'll fit right in :)

Damn I am pumped. Can't wait to see everybody.

It is nice to hear that Howard is using the boat for something other than a driveway orniment. How many Dandy Lions did he catch last year?

Hey Scotty, nice to see you on the board, will you be on the B.O.Q for
the opener. It would be a great opportunity to see your old boat and
count the dandy lions.

Jimbo
