Quinte Fishing

I would like to buy a simple, but expandible, good to great quality system. At the present time, I am very frustrated having went into one shop in Kingston, willing capeable and very open to buy and basically being semi sloughed off. I welcome any information about where I can go to buy something....not junk, but something I can help install and learn from (I have books but really want some hands on). It is for a small cabin that is beside a building lot I own.
