Well done cops and kids

A huge congrats to Pat at the Belleville police force on a well organized and successful day for the kids. I am sure lots if work was involved in organizing everything. Also to the Belleville fire department and all the volunteers that helped. It was a great day an looked like all the kids had a great time.
Again congrats to everyone involved.

I would like to thank all the volunteers that helped with the Cops, Kids derby for the Belleville Police Service Saturday June 22. There was 402 kids there and they all left with full stomachs' and smiles on their fasces along with a prize. The volunteers helped with pre derby gathering of prizes, tents etc..., set up on the day of the derby, fishing for the kids live-well (huge hit with kids), cooking for the kids, measuring fishing, and tar down of the derby. In total there was over 50 volunteers. Sponsors were so graceful in financial/prizes donations.

I meant so many great people from this board that helped.......

I guess I am just overwhelmed at the volunteers and sponsors of this event.......

we started with 75 kids seven years ago and now hit the 402 mark......all due to volunteers/sponsors in the quinte area
