I just bought the book and CD studied it for a couple of days and a guy in Belleville gave me the test when I felt I was ready (got 99% ). I could probably find his name if anyone needed it I also got the study material from him.

I couldn't find his name but if you phone Bay of Quinte Yacht Club they will know that's how I found him
