You guys don't even want to start,I have been on the bay Of Quinte for over thirty years, and I have seen things that would make past friends and relatives turn over in there graves,to the number one problem, pollution,I approched a certain person that was going to do a servey of the bay,and when I told him of a few certain Items of concern,he didn't get back to me!!!Probably one of the number one things is when we get a heavy rain in Belleville and there is a North East wind,go and stand down at the George Street ramp and try to breath, thats the overflow of the water treatmeant plant, that overflows into the bay,you can see the overflow of raw sewage about 300 ft out from the ramp, just to the east of the orange markers!!!!...If you get there at the right time, fishing is pretty good, but just for catch and release!!!!Thats enough!!!! All the other people also know what I'm taking about ,have a great day,I started this post a long time ago, everyone ignored it then also!!!!

I have heard about this issue on Belleville CJBQ radio a few times and it sounds like there is some sort of action in the works. Not sure what they are planning or when but if I here any more on it I will post it here. I have seen this for myself and it is a real problem.

Every municipality has the same sewage over flow not just Belleville. If they are on a body of water it goes in the water, frankford, Trenton, batawa, Kingston, torotno, and so on and so on. if they not on a body of water it goes into a "holding pond' aka just out into the woods ex madoc. there not much they can do. no wonder the carp at point anne are 30 lbs and taking over
