I'm finishing up the rebuild on my center console. It has sat for about 3 years, so I want to take it in to a shop to have the impeller, carbs and ignition serviced. I'd hate for it's first trip back out on the water to result in a break down. I don't have time myself with waterfowl season looming.

Anyone have any experience with mechanics in Kingston? I've heard good things about Luke's in the past, but can't find any info for that business. I'm hoping to get it in somewhere before winterizing season kicks into high gear in a month. It would be great to get it on the water this fall.

Motor is a 1986 Evinrude 112 SPL

Get hold of Mike Phillips at MP Marine on Hgy 38, just north of Unity Road - a REAL good guy, mention superdad.

Try Glenora Marina. I read a post on this board about how exceptional their service is.

Thanks guys. I put a call into North Country (so many options were presented :) ) and will wait to hear back from them. They are really close to where the boat is stored, and I've done business with them (with them as my customer) and they seem like good guys. If it doesn't work out, I'll start checking into the other recommendations.

Thanks again,

John
