Quinte Fishing

Hey HBL, I saw in a previous post from PINGI you said the conservation limit was one under 19" and one over 25". Then you went on to say the regular regs say 4 fish with one over 25". My question is, is the conservation reg just a recommendation to preserve fish#'s.

I guess my other question is, what does the actual regulation state in the Ministry's pamplet? Thanks for the time.....Fish on'.

The regulations are as i posted them. I took them direct from the booklet.
Once again
there is a slot size that no one can keep a fish in. That is none between 19"-25".
Conservation license- 2 fish total- one only over 25".
Regular license-4 fish total-one over 25".
The coservation license is not a reccomendation-It is THE LAW.
There is a completely different sticker that is applied to your fishing card. Also the annual fee is a reduced rate. That isn't the reason i have the conservation license. I am a catch and release fisherman.
