I rent a cabin in the summer on the St Lawrence that does not have any power and use Guide 10 Plus from goalzero.com I picked it up at Costco. they usually don't have it in stock but they carry a little battery pack that can add 20 hours to a tablet. with the goal zero You can recharge a phone or tablet from the sun. It also it comes with an adapter that you can stick either 4 AA or AAA in it to charge up from if there is no sun. it also comes with a nice bright light. CTire has one it may be the same thing under a different name but never had a close look at it to compare. It frequently pops up in their flyer for $50. You could pick up a usb powered fan and run it off of either of those. As for a computer fan I think a 12v battery (the lantern type) would work the best since they are 12V fans. The cheapest simple option is pick up a mighty breeze fan from home hardware. Just go to their website and search for battery powered fan (you may have to order it) it is $10 and runs for up to 100 hours on 2 D batteries. works well used it in the summer on the island.

Prob. Work fine but may be a bit slow. Test it with a 9v and see how fast it spins. But still suggest that fan I mentioned. I think a good 6v will run you about $10 anyways. Are you trying to blow out the carbon monoxide? It is lighter then air so it will move to the top of a tent with the heat, a good roof vent will help. I plan on taking my battery powered CO detector with me the first few times out to be safe and get an idea of the build up if any. Will post the results.

yes its for co management as well as to move the heat a bit..i planned on mounting it to hang from the center support..i have vents built into hut but air movement cant hurt

I think getting a 10lb plus walleye or several should be a goal way b4 creature comforts.....my biggest have come on a bucket with no hut.
If you have been ice fishing since a child and still having horribly bad luck, its time to either give up... or figure it out.

well i guess well see how this year goes

Like above said best luck sitting on my atv with no hut at all co management for ice fishing seems your putting too much tought into something's ice fishing is supposed to be fun and relaxing not spending hours taking co readings and trying to circulate air lmao good luck and don't use aluminum pipe on that heater or galvanized its a burner for cooking
