Just cooked up some wild leek sauce for the spaghetti. They are out really good now and looking forward to serving some up with wild turkey soon!

Where would a guy have to look for wild leeks I'm waiting on fiddle heads but never heard about wild leeks before what do they look like

I was just gona ask that ! If they would be ok for potatoe and leek soup ? I add chicken breast in mine adds a good flavour as well ..

All the ones around me grow in dark soil just above a wet area inside open trees. They usually have two very green leaves with no brown on them and tend to grow in batches. Search google images, you'll see them. They have a fairly strong taste somewhere between onion and garlic.
