Well, it's not the big 8 pointer I was hoping for, but just couldn't hold out any longer and got a decent 7 pointer tonight. First one with the muzzle loader for me. Dropped in his tracks at 60 yards and never flinched.

I have had a few that split under cover of the smoke and were hard to find the direction of travel of (?).
