How do you clean carpets in a boat?

Hi everyone, I wanted to ask you how you clean carpets in your boat. Because until recently, I constantly drove carpets to a car wash, where I cleaned them. But I decided to buy a vacuum cleaner on this issue, so as not to deal with carpets anymore. Now it’s much easier and faster to clean carpets in a boat, it saves me time and I can spend more time fishing.

Cavan,
I use a Bissell portable carpet cleaner that uses hot water and carpet cleaner, once a year.
I use a dyson v10 vacuum once a week.

I've heard use Bardol shaving cream from the dollar store. Let it foam on the carpet, wet and shop vac it off.
