Quinte Fishing

The pic is a view of the North Channel this morning looking out at Lemoine Point and the Three Brothers (easternmost island). In places the channel is open one third of the way across and the rest is loose ice floes. The bad news is it takes forever for Collins Bay to clear out since it doesn't get much of the lake swell or the wind driven currents.

There are people ice fishing in the north channel today if you can believe that. I've never wanted a trout that bad before
