my second time to quinte.going to long reach for the may long weekend just wondering if i could get some advice...what to use,what colour, where to go,how fast ,how deep, etc
any help would be greatly appreaciated. thank you!

you do know your questions are simply impossible to answer right? think of it this way thats why they call it fishing, and not Getting! . I sugest you come ready to fish. fish hard, and you should do ok. let the fish tell you what they want......... so bring different lures, different baits, different colors. dont be afraid to go to slow, dont be afraid to speed up. dont be afraid to fish shallow, high or in the middle.. basically dont be afraid to fish, and have a great time while you are doing it!

Or hire a guide...lol...had to do that.I got a call Friday night from a guy that was fishing for browns. He asked what to use....I said what ever is in your tackle box...it is hard to tell what fish are going to bite on any given day. All fish are the same thay are almost as bad as turkeys...opps..this is a fishin forum.....the guy that was fish for browns said all the tackle he had in his box was lures that looked like fish we don`t have any more ie; smelts. Change it up and give everything a try.

bring bug spray! and troll the river mouths, they seem to be shallow for now! not sure 2 weeks from now though!
