Hey folks,

Anyone know where some good crown land waterfowling spots are in the county? I hear Fish Lake is a decent flight path for birds.

Thanks guys.

there is a place real close to eastlake its called bever medows or little medows or something like that i know its marked on the PEC tourest map wich I dont have right now or id give you exact name and directions, but i know there is like a dozen duck blinds there, and parking, I think you just stick a pin in the blind you are going to use, on a big board in the parking lot thats about all I know but ive been and visited it and a few blinds before, seems to be quite the spot and I do believe its a conservation area open to the public. good luck . grizz

This time of the year the divers should be out on lake ontario if your into that. Try Timber island or if your really into divers the False and main duck iislands are always good.

Check the days you can hunt there. At one time you could only hunt on certain days of the week. Mallards, woodies, teal, and honkers are the most abundant. Haven't hunted there in years because of the pressure but always fun time.

Not sure where to find them. They were posted on the sign as you entered the area. You were able to hunt Monday, Wednesday and Saturday mornings I believe, but still not sure. May want to contact someone at Quite Conservation to make sure.
