For sure we can do that, i love largie fishing, looks like you read my tournament schedule, i have tournaments on those lakes..
wow, i love erie, only ever fished it once..
I fish smallies because to be a success full tournament guy you have to be able to catch both.. i am still pretty new to tournament fishing, but when i read and follow stats i find the largie guys struggle on big water, like lake ontario..
my pb is a 6.8 largie, (tournament scale, not ounces). but i spend a ton of time bass fishing, i dont salmon fish like you do.. so all summer i fish for bass every chance i get.. so i mean its like you go out every time and catch a big fish, its one of those things that if you puts 100's and 100's of hour's in you get them.. and they are in there.. My dad saw a 7 caught this year opening day, there is a picture of it on the wall in the charlston outlet. the spot it came from was probly 500 meters from my hot spot.. but as i finaly had a bad day on that lake, i told dad to not expect me to come up and visit this summer. (he lives on charlston lake)..
What about the idea of fishing the st.lawarance for buckets ?? guys allways post pictures of monsters.. 6, 7 pound fish.. these things are fat too...
