It was quite a while since we fished with QP as he was away in God's land catching walleyes and making money as summer job for college expenses. What a job if you do what you love most and make living? We missed his company so on first available oppurtunity despite crappy weather forcast on Sept., 4th I deceided to drive all the way from Mississauga.
A day on water was better than sitting home on a long week-end. We took the chance and started off despite rain.

It was real windy at Sherman Pt. boat launch and my 14 footer looked like a dinky. We decided to trawl and drift with bottom bouncers and worm harness. We had a first hit within half an hour which encourged all of us. QP was away all summer so trawling was with past experience and guess work.
Wind and waves were real bad at times but we managed to fish till 6.00 PM and managed 3 decent sized keepers till storm was on us and we decided to call it a day!

QP's magic made our day and some fond memories of BOQ of a long week-end. Looking forward to October for fun walleye fishing!
