My whole body is sore and so are my fingers as I type this The ride to and from the ferry was absolutely BRUTAL from Bayview Resort! We were flying through the air NOT with the greatest of ease. Four footers and 60 km winds will do that to ya'. I only hooked into one fish on Saturday which was a 15lb plus pike (probably closer to 20 lbs). The rookie I was fishing with actually had it in the net but the other HALF wouldn't fit and slid out. On the subsequent attempt, he thought I only wanted my Mann's Stretch 20 back and yanked it out of it's mouth. Doesn't seem like they've hit the ferry area just yet as a large group of people from another board were fishing out from the Adolphustown launch and did EXTREMELY well closer to the gap. I'll let them post the reports. Anywho, shouldn't be long now.

Ken

Ken,
Sounds like you had fun. lol! I was thinking about all of you out there as I sat in my warm livingroom watching the Fishin Canada show. I caught a ton of walleye through the eyes of Pete Bowman and special guest Kevin Lavers of Merland park while drinking cold brown bottle drinks and snacking on pizza. smile
Glad to hear the other board did well. I hope they stop by and share a few reports

I was so dissappointed that I never came over in the evening on Saturday. I was fully expecting to make the short boat ride over but had had enough of the rain and wind for the day. Are you coming up for any more fall fishing? Congrats on the beautiful fish!

Ken

Dan,

I was actually watching that episode at 6:30 am waiting for the sun to rise. I don't know that I'll be going out in weather like that again ..... EVER! People at work were making fun of the way I was walking today.

Fatman,

I'll more than likely be up that weekend with the Social Butterfly. He's delayed putting his boat away for the year as he'd like to catch a double digit 'eye also. Is that your last weekend up? Hope to see you soon.

Ken "TTP"

Thanks Ken, it was fun for sure! Hoping to get up again in a few weeks.

Without a boat it's difficult this year to say the least! If not, there's always next year! I may make the run with Big-O sometime too, he's looking for people the odd time! Can't wait to get another boat...Of course, with the price of gas going where it's going....hmmmmm!

Hoping to hit the Niagara Bar with Markus, Muskiemagnet, RJ just to name a few in Nov/Dec

Goodluck with the fishing! It's great reading your posts!
