I have a 2002 Kia Spectra for sale.Its a 5 speed manual that gets 43 mpg.Works really good.I'm the second owner and it was safteied in June.E-test is still valid and all I think it needs for safety is maybe a windshield as I got hit by a stone off a truck and cracked the windshield.In June it had new brakes,tires,and altinator.Has 259,000 km but don't let the milage scare you come take it for a drive.
